Captain Fantastic Wellbeing Session
Captain Fantastic's stage based group wellbeing sessions introduce mindfulness and wellbeing in a really fun and interactive way. Each person that performs the session has their own unique way of doing it so some parts may vary.
They start with an introduction to what mindfulness is, there is then a short fun guided meditation. They perform a few magic tricks that relate to topics such as managing emotions. They do 'confidence karaoke' where they discuss what confidence is and how we can get it. In between each section, they will have a small discussion about each topic. The session ends with practising kindness and the importance of this.
