The terms below (“Terms”) apply to your entry to (“Entry”) including any purchase of tickets (“Tickets”) sold by or on behalf of AEG Presents Ltd (“we”, “us” or “AEG”) in partnership with The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (“LBTH”) for Lido (“Lido”) taking place at Victoria Park, London (the “Site”). Lido consists of a number of ticketed live music events, ticketed community events and other events and activities at the Site for which tickets are not required (each, an individual “Event”). These Terms shall apply to each Event as is applicable when having regard to the context and nature of the relevant Event, it being acknowledged that (and regardless of whether expressly specified in the Terms) certain of these Terms shall apply only to ticketed Events (and vice versa in respect of non-ticketed Events). Please note that by entering the Site, attending an Event and/or purchasing any Tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the additional regulations of the Site found at: https://www.towerhamlets.gov.uk/lgnl/leisure_and_culture/parks_and_open_spaces/Byelaws-for-pleasure-grounds-public-walks-and-open-spaces.aspx and we therefore encourage you to check LBTH’s website. The Terms are as follows:

1. You must produce a valid Ticket to gain Entry to a ticketed Event.
   
2. Right of admission is reserved. Any Tickets brought from unauthorised agents or third parties are not valid and admission to any ticketed Event will not be permitted.
   
3. Tickets are not transferable unless purchased and transferred through AXS Mobile ID via the official Lido app.
   
4. You may only resell your Ticket(s) through the ‘AXS resale’ function on the official Lido App. Any unlawful reselling (or attempting to do so) is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the ticket without any refund or compensation and/or the ticket holder being refused Entry or removed from the Site. There are to be no re-admissions after Entry.
   
5. Tickets may not be used for any advertising, competitions, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, or used, sold or given away in conjunction with other products or services (such as part of a travel or hospitality package) without the express written permission of AEG in advance. Failure to comply with the foregoing may result in the cancellation of the Ticket without any refund or compensation and/or the Ticket holder being refused Entry or removed from the Site.
   
6. When purchasing Tickets you are limited to a specified number of Tickets as set out on the purchase pages and verified with every transaction. This policy is to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.
   
7. It is your responsibility to check your Ticket(s) and to ascertain the date and the time of the ticketed Event. We are not responsible for any ticketed Event or part of ticketed Event you miss as a result of your failure to check the ticketed Event date and start time.
   
8. We are not responsible or liable for any Tickets that are lost or stolen.
   
9. If your Ticket is a hard copy physical ticket, please be advised that removing the Ticket stub will invalidate the Ticket.
   
10. In respect of any wristband accreditations, the wristband must remain on the Event attendee’s wrist for the full duration of the ticketed Event. Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced. It is your responsibility to take care of your wristband. Those without wristbands (or without valid wristbands for the relevant area of the Site) will be refused admission to the Site (or the relevant area of the Site) or may be removed from the Site.
    
11. For security purposes all Tickets and wristbands remain the property of AEG at all times.
    
12. AEG has the right to replace any items bundled together with Tickets, e.g. food and beverage, as part of the hospitality package (“Hospitality Package”) with an alternative ‘like for like’ item and shall not be obligated to refund or exchange your Hospitality Package.
    
13. The age restrictions for each Event day differ and will be available at the point of purchase. It is your responsibility to check the applicable age restrictions for the Event day before purchasing Tickets to the Event (and your breach of these may lead to you being refused entry and/or rejected from the Event).
    
14. Climbing or standing upon fences, barriers, trees, shrubbery, walls, safety fences, rock arrangements, ride structures, exhibits or buildings is strictly prohibited.
    
15. Each Event takes place outdoors. Please bring suitable outdoor clothing. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather unless the Event is cancelled or partially cancelled and the provisions of condition 18 apply.
    
16. The views of any artist performing at an Event are strictly the views of that artist and do not reflect the opinions of AEG or LBTH. Refunds will not be issued if you find the content of an Event, any opinions or statements expressed by any artist, or any language otherwise used at an Event, offensive or distasteful.
    
17. The artist, performer line-up, all billed attractions at an Event and Site layout may be subject to change at any time without notice. All advertised performance times are also subject to change without notice. Your purchase of Tickets (or Hospitality Package if applicable) is subject to our right to alter or vary any element of the Event due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In this event and in respect of ticketed Events, once Tickets have been purchased, Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless the Event is cancelled (see details in condition 18 below).
    
18. If an Event is cancelled, we will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as reasonably possible (including notifying you of the details of any re-scheduling). If a ticketed Event is cancelled and is to be re-scheduled, you will be offered a Ticket (or Hospitality Package if applicable) for the rescheduled performance of the Event (subject to availability). If you are not able to attend the rescheduled ticketed Event or the ticketed Event is not rescheduled, we shall give you a refund of the face value of the Ticket (or Hospitality Package if applicable). If a ticketed Event is only partially cancelled, we shall give you a partial refund corresponding to the proportion of the Event cancelled. If you wish to claim such a refund, please contact your point of purchase from the date of the cancelled ticketed Event (please note that this is without prejudice to your statutory rights). Tickets including Hospitality Packages cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase other than in accordance with this condition 18.
    
19. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor any other party shall have any liability to you beyond the face value of the Ticket (or Hospitality Package).
    
20. The following restrictions will apply to your attendance at an Event and your breach of any of these may lead to you being refused Entry or ejected from the Event (please note that we are not responsible for any prohibited items or other items that we deem inappropriate or unsafe that are confiscated):

• Suitcases, luggage and large bags (anything bigger than A4 sized bags - 297mm x
• 210mm x 210mm) are prohibited. Only one bag compliant with these dimensions
• is allowed per person. All persons and bags will be subject to search on Entry;
• You are not permitted to bring food or drink to a ticketed Event (except personal supplies of water in plastic sealed/unopened containers of up to 500ml and baby food where not in glass containers). A variety of food and/or beverages will be available for purchase within the ticketed Event;
• Illegal substances including new psychoactive substances (commonly known as ‘legal highs’) and/or other drugs considered to be unsafe are strictly prohibited;
• Air horns, selfie sticks, spray cans, Chinese lanterns, dangerous or hazardous weapons/items, fireworks, flags, gas canisters, hand held communication devices such as radios, radio jammers/scanners and the like; glass (of any kind), high-viz, klaxons and other similar items capable of making loud noise, laser pens, drones, pyrotechnics, weapons, explosives, knives or anything that could be adopted for use as a weapon, promotional or commercial objects, signs or materials, mechanical or electronic sound-emitting devices, such as megaphones, scooters, skateboards and bicycles are prohibited and any other items which we consider in our sole discretion may cause a disruption to the Event or to other patrons, or which may be unsafe or pose a risk to public safety and/or security (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes) are prohibited;
• Animals, with the exception of registered assistance dogs, are not permitted;
• Personalized motorised vehicles, except where required due to a disability, are not permitted;
• Starting of fires, involvement in or throwing items into a fire is prohibited;
• Crowd surfing and moshing are prohibited;
• Bicycles, skateboards or scooters are not permitted;
• Golf or large umbrellas, parasols or similar items, tables, chairs and seats and are not permitted; and
• Chairs or seats of any kind, including shooting sticks, are not permitted at any Event for safety reasons. Mobility aids will be accepted but please do not bring any seating with you to an Event as it will not be allowed into the Site.

21. Unauthorised professional photography or filming equipment (including go-pros and drones) are strictly prohibited.

22. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, AEG reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on Entry and exit, and to confiscate items (including those items set out at condition 20 above) which may in AEG’s opinion cause danger or disruption to an Event with compensation for confiscated items or refund for your Ticket should you be ejected from the Event for refusal to undergo a security search or refusal to leave a confiscated item.

23. Strictly no trading or other commercial activity including marketing, advertising or flyposting by any Event attendee will be allowed on the Site without the AEG’s prior written consent. Please note AEG will charge a fee for any approved commercial activity (including approved filming, photography and recording) on the Site.

24. Admission is at the customers’ own risk. AEG and its affiliates and/or LBTH will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at an Event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the Event attendee or the actions of other patrons or third parties. AEG excludes all liability to the fullest extent permitted at law.

25. Event attendees may be ejected from an Event and reported to the Police if, in the reasonable opinion of AEG, the Event attendee poses a risk to the safety of any patron and/or may affect the enjoyment of other patrons and/or the running of the Event or may cause damage, nuisance or injury. Examples include being (or, in the opinion of AEG appearing to be) drunk, incapable, intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs, under-age (where relevant), abusive, threatening, behaving anti-socially, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, declining to be searched, failing to comply with the reasonable instructions of Event officials or acting in breach of any of these Terms. Where an Event attendee has been ejected from the Site or refused Entry to a ticketed Event, such Event attendee will not be granted a refund or re-entry on another Ticket howsoever purchased or obtained.

26. Please note that CCTV and film cameras may be present at the Event and the Site for the health and safety, prevention and detection of crime and/ you may be filmed for these purposes. We do not require your consent to film you and/or hold images/recordings of you where this is in accordance with legal requirements.

27. Event attendees should also note that photographers and film cameras may be present at the Event. By entering the Event and/or purchasing Tickets, Event attendees consent to being photographed, being included in filmed and/or sound recordings (which may include you as a member of the audience) and the distribution of such content (commercial or otherwise) perpetually and throughout the world without any payment.

28. It is against the law to smoke or vape in enclosed spaces at the Site, including in tents or other covered activations. Please observe the signage around the Site.

29. Neither AEG nor LBTH will accept responsibility for any personal property that is lost, damaged or stolen during your attendance at an Event.

30. In case of emergency please follow instructions and directions from stewards, staff and/or other officials.

31. Please note that loud music can damage hearing.

32. Please note that strobe lighting may be in use during the Event.

33. When purchasing alcohol at an Event, you may be asked for proof of age.

34. Official merchandise shall be on sale within the Site, where applicable to an Event. Please be aware of unofficial traders in or around the Site offering inferior goods.

35. Event attendees acknowledge that any personal information collected by AEG at an Event or though the Event attendee’s use of the Event app shall be collected and held in accordance with all applicable data protection laws and AEG’s privacy policy: https://www.lidofestival.co.uk/info/privacy-notice/.

36. Please note that AEG has the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time, and shall post the new version of such Terms on the website. By continuing to use the website, and/or purchasing any Tickets, entering the Site or attending an Event, you signify your agreement to be bound by the amended Terms.

37. These Terms shall be governed by English Law and any dispute under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

1. These terms and conditions apply to all free-to-enter prize draws and/or competitions (including social media competitions) operated by the Promoter (as defined below) on AEG Presents’ website, any of AEG Presents’ apps, any of AEG Presents’ social media pages (including Facebook, Instagram and X (formerly Twitter)) and/or AXS website/AXS app (each a “Prize Draw/Competition”).
   
2. Unless expressly stipulated otherwise at the point of entry (within the Specific Terms (as defined below)), AEG Presents Limited (company registration number 05452230) whose registered office address is at 6th Floor 240 Blackfriars Road, London, SE1 8NW is the sole promoter of each Prize Draw/Competition (the “Promoter”).
   
3. Specific details of the prize available (the “Prize”), the times and dates during which the Prize Draw/Competition is open for entry, instructions for entry and any other key provisions relating to the Prize and/or the Prize Draw/Competition will be stipulated by the Promoter at the point of entry and shall form part of these terms and conditions (“Specific Terms”). In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions and any Specific Terms, the Specific Terms shall take precedence.
   
4. Entrants will require access to the internet to be able to enter any Prize Draw/Competition operated via AEG Presents’ website, and any of AEG Presents’ social media pages.
   
5. Each Prize Draw/Competition is open to UK residents above the age of 18 (unless expressly stated otherwise in the Specific Terms), excluding employees of the Promoter or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the Prize may be withheld until and unless the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
   
6. Only one (1) entry per person (submitted from one email address or social media account, as applicable) is allowed for each Prize Draw/Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to discount multiple entries from the same IP address. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid and all entries must be made in the manner advertised by the Promoter.
   
7. Entries made using methods generated by script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
   
8. No payment is required to enter any Prize Draw/Competition.
   
9. Each Prize Draw/Competition runs during the dates and times stipulated in the Specific Terms. Entries received after the specified closing date and time will not be entered into the Prize Draw/Competition.
   
10. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received unless such other method of selecting a winner is specified in the Specific Terms. The winner will be notified on the date stipulated in the Specific Terms either by push notification, email, mail, telephone or by way of a comment or message on the Promoter’s page of the relevant social media platform and will be provided with all necessary details in order to redeem the Prize. The Prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance (including with a parent or a legal guardian’s signature, where the winer is under eighteen (18)) and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any Prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the Prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and either forfeited or a supplementary winner drawn at random at the Promoter’s discretion. Following acceptance, the Prize will be made available to the winner in the manner stipulated by the Specific Terms.
    
11. In relation to Prize Draw/Competitions operated via any AEG Presents’ Apps, AEG Presents’ venue apps and/or AXS website/AXS app, entrants who are not selected as the winner may also receive a direct push notification, informing them of the same, from the Promoter via the app, the content of which shall be at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
    
12. The Promoter reserves the right to require valid proof of identification (as determined in its sole discretion) from the winner prior to issuing the Prize.
    
13. The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up the Prize.
    
14. Unless otherwise expressly stated, where the Prize requires attendance at a specific venue, the winner and any permitted companions will be solely responsible for travel to and from the venue, all applicable taxes and all other expenses. The Promoter assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which winners may be required to pay at any time in connection with a Prize. Any additional terms of entry, specified by the venue will also apply -such terms and conditions can be found on the relevant venue’s website.
    
15. The Promoter reserves the right but is not obligated to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified Prize or any part of it become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes may occasionally be cancelled for reasons outside the Promoter’s control. The Promoter will endeavour to promptly update any relevant information. Where the Prize is for attendance at a specific event or venue, the Promoter will not be liable for any change of date or venue or cancellation of all or any part of the Prize.
    
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the Prize(s). The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, internet access or otherwise preventing entry to any competition.
    
17. In relation to any Prize Draws/Competitions run via Facebook, Instagram and/or X or any other social network, that Prize Draw/Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X or any other social network (as applicable). By participating in a Prize Draw/Competition, each entrant agrees to completely release Facebook, Instagram, X and/or such other social network from any claims of any nature whatsoever.
    
18. Where a Prize Draw/Competition requires the uploading of a photograph and/or the posting of a message or tweet, by entering such Prize Draw/Competition, each entrant:
    1. confirms that their submission is their wholly-owned creation and that, to the extent that such entries make use of any third party materials, these materials have been fully cleared unless they are no longer protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights;
    2. confirms that anyone depicted in an entry has given their permission for the inclusion of their image in the entry and the use of the entry including their image by the entrant and the Promoter; and
    3. grants the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented.
       
19. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of a Prize Draw/Competition, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, the Promoter reserves the right to: end or suspend the Prize Draw/Competition; amend these terms and conditions; declare void the notification of a winner; and/or allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.
    
20. If any provision of these terms and conditions and/or any Specific Terms are held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
    
21. The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with a Prize Draw/Competition and it is a condition of entry that the winner agrees to their name and country of residence being made publicly available and their photo/s taken and used if they win.
    
22. Entrants’ data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing a Prize Draw/Competition only, unless the entrant has expressly consented otherwise. If a Prize includes tickets to an event then for the purpose of administering ticket allocation and providing such tickets, the Promoter reserves the right to exchange information and data regarding tickets and applications with third party ticket providers and/or service providers.
    
23. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    
24. As an entrant you will release the Promoter and its affiliates, partners and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action for personal injury and or damage, theft or loss suffered in connection with the Prize Draw/Competition or the use or acceptance of the Prize or any portion thereof save where due to the negligence of the Promoter or its affiliates, partners and employees.
    
25. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw/Competition and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Prize Draw/Competition subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
    
26. Each Prize Draw/Competition is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
