Strong Mums Club
Strong Mums Club was created to empower new mums to feel strong, healthy and confident in their postnatal body and what they can do. They specialise in postnatal strength training by offering progressive strength training programs for new mums (and their babies). They have sessions in various East London locations and offer drop-in strength training sessions, an award winning 12 week small group personal training program and online personal training. They are committed to providing you with the highest level of postnatal strength training and aim to support you to become the strongest, healthiest, most confident version of your postnatal self. Babies are fully encouraged to all in person sessions!

Postnatal strength training to rebuild your postnatal body and build lean muscle. Strong Mums Club mum & baby workouts are designed to increase strength, improve fitness and address postnatal postural issues. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class can be adapted to an intensity that suits you and will leave you feeling strong, energised and positive as you head into the rest of your weekend.
