AEG Presents Ltd (“AEG”) fully supports the aims of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and is committed to preventing acts of forced labour, modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within its business and supply chain, and imposes the same high standards on its suppliers.
This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes AEG’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year commencing 1 January 2022 and ending 31 December 2022.
Our Business
AEG is a producer and promoter of live music events. It is a subsidiary of AEG Presents LLC; a U.S. based global entertainment company.

Our Suppliers and Working Practices – Policies and Procedures
As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring within our supply chains, we have implemented certain processes and are continuing to develop new processes designed to:
• establish and assess areas of potential risk in our business and supply chains
• monitor potential risk areas in our business and supply chains
• reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and supply chains
• provide adequate protection for whistle-blowers
From a contracting perspective, the contractual terms and conditions that exist with our current suppliers, and that are imposed on new suppliers, include clauses that require compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our Staff
We comply with all applicable employment legislation relating to employee terms and conditions, including pay, and we make sure that all direct employees have the appropriate rights to work.
Our staff are encouraged to highlight concerns regarding modern slavery that they may have, using the appropriate reporting channels
Risk and compliance
AEG will regularly evaluate the nature and extent of its exposure to the risk of modern slavery occurring in its supply chain by maintaining open dialogue with all suppliers.
Further actions and sign-off
Following the review of our actions this financial year to prevent slavery or human trafficking from occurring in our business or supply chains, we intend to continue to maintain robust standards to tackle slavery and human trafficking. Currently, however, we do not consider that we operate in a high risk sector.
