I'm unable to make the rescheduled date. Do I get a refund?

Any customers who cannot attend the new date can request a refund directly from their ticket agent of purchase.

I’ve paid for travel and accommodation. Do I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for travel and accommodation expenses. As per our refund policy, only the face value of your ticket or Hospitality Package is eligible for a refund if the event does not go ahead. You can review our terms and conditions here.
